This small unit was more expensive than our stainless steel LG fridge/freezer that we installed in the galley, but at least it’s an exact fit in the flybridge wet bar. It was purchased from Trail Appliances in Richmond. I am 40 miles from my boat and trying to save myself a trip. It will make a tray of ice and than shut off completely. I have checked to make sure the front switch is on and moved the “colder/warmer” dial around, nothing. It appears to have stopped putting water into the tray. It really wasn't that high on the repair list but is now on my radar. I had it serviced about a year ago and it was fully operational, but for some reason it has now ceased to make ice again. It started acting up the last few weeks. The unit gets cold, but the solenoid water valve doesn't open so no water getting to the tray.
